Advanced Seismic & Acoustic Solutions LLC, founded in 2015, is a leading manufacturer representative, specializing in seismic restraint and vibration isolation for mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractors. We have dedicated our over 50 years of experience in assisting contractors and engineering firms with seismic restraint and vibration isolation solutions that achieve code compliance in a cost-effective manner.
Bob Eckmann, one of the industry’s most knowledgeable seismic and vibration isolation experts, can offer an array of solutions to any project that he encounters. With over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, he has specialized in vibration isolation since 1993 and seismic restraint since 2006, which makes him one of the most trusted sources the industry has to offer.
Joye Eckmann began working in the HVAC industry in 2006. Having graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BS in Civil Engineering, her ability to execute the demands of contractors in a professional, positive and upbeat manner places her in a league of her own.
Gabrielle Elizundia expressed an interest in joining the HVAC industry in early 2022, and has excelled in absorbing all the information she has been exposed to. With a background in hospitality and cosmetology, Gabrielle understands the importance of managing the highest of expectations from contractors and engineers.

Preconstruction and Engineering Services
ASAS offers our contractors and MEP engineers assistance in specification review, pre-project coordination with project management teams, design/build assistance for development projects and value engineering if required. ASAS offers pipe stress analysis and gravity load support design.
Construction Management
ASAS provides continuous communication between our office and project managers/on-site project managers, pre-installation training for seismic restraint and vibration isolation products, site visits to ensure proper product installation and final job site compliance inspections.
Continuing
Education
ASAS conducts seismic restraint and vibration isolation seminars, meetings and conference calls to ensure contractors and the engineering community are educated on the product offerings, newly implemented technology and updates on code compliance changes.
